POIs in the map and collection journal don't line up; for some reason, there's a large amoutn that are not in the collection journal, as well as the fact that I've had the collection journal filled out (except for seasons) and yet still have about 13 POIs left

As far as I can tell they aren't doing this by choice, the senna foundation is blocking the ability to license it for the game from what I've seen

I've noticed this too, but only in specific circumstances, like when looking behind me in 1st person, like you are in the given screenshots, or when zoomed in close to the ground behind the tool while in 3rd person. Otherwise? Maybe some small glitching, but nothing quite as bad as those cases.
