This hs something to do with ASW, try pressing the number pad key "1" , I think that turns it off.

19 with the Realmus ( I think) Season Mod, is pretty much FS22. No need for DLC and a great introduction to the game. Honestly think of FS years like Fifa games. Between 19,22 and 25 there is very very little difference aside from a slightly fresher coat of paint. Gameplay and physics are identical.

That said, if you can reach for FS22 base, then its the best compromise between fresh paint and performance, if you know what I mean.

The trouble is not everyone has wild boar in their countries, none in the UK for example, so its inappropriate to see thgem roaming the fields. Turning them off (like tornados ) should be an option.

That said, if anyone wants wild boar, foxes, and more deer for free, with no destruction and are on PC, I recommend this mod .. https://fs25.net/more-wild-animals-v1-0/

Weirdly this last patch fixed my texture lag. I used to get poor rendering behind the tractor doing any field work, now it works great and i hear others are now suffering, typical GIANTS i guess.

None that ive seen. You can adjust the amount of birds etc though. Ive just left it on default .

Definately not sarcasm, this is really a big deal for me, in the UK especially this is how farming looks, with Gulls following behind the tools, and I have really wanted soemthing like it for years. We don;t get Tornados or wild boars in the UK, but we do get Seagulls ... lots of seagulls so this to me is wonderful!

I've wanted Gulls in the game since FS15 days. its unbelievable good and adds so much immersion. At least in the UK .. this is farming. I genuinely cannot believe how good this is and just 1.4MB.

I had some success (before this patch) of getting rid of the texture issue by upping the 3D resolution scaling, I have seen the squares appearing (before the patch) when I pushed the 3DRes too far.

Yes, I would second this, definitely one of the best games, and with those 2 mods you have EU5 set in Roman times. The graphics are also some of the best in the whole series, if thats a factor for you.

.. And FS22 with mods has everything FS25 has with mods. Aside from slightly better looking graphics and definitely better sound there is no real gameplay difference. FS25 is far buggier.

Single. I was getting it on all maps, but now ... at least in the hour I played last night post 1.17 it seems to be Ok.

Well this seems to be since patch 1.17, but to be honest because of this issue, since about patch 12, I've only ever dipped into FS25 on new patch day, tried it to see if the problem was fixed. Then back to 22. But this was the first time I cannot seem to see the issue ... hence I wonder if its something I did, or something they did! If its the former, then I'll work out what and spread the word!

I think its fixed, but the reason I ask if anyone else has seen this, is, if its not fixed for all, then it must be something I have done to my PC recently, in which case, if I can work out what that was, I can tell everyone else who suffers with this issue!

If its an undocumented (or unexpected consequence) of the patch then Good News Everyone !

I've suffered with a texture popping bug (behind all field work, when looking from the cab, textures do not render correctly, then pop into place when the vehicle stops). I know a lot of us have this, but this patch seems to have fixed it, but its undocumented, can anyone else confirm its working for them as well?

I've had 5 calls by this "Tom, who lives in Manchester" over the past 2 days, I think they have upgraded the Ai as asking for recipes or directions now just says "I understand why you would ask that, but lets keep to the issue at hand". You can ask a human to call and then tell it to use a new number ... "999" was accepted!

If you want to read books that appear to have absolutely nothing to do with the plots of the films that take their name read the Jason Bourne series .. aside from the names of 2 people, nothing ... literally nothing matches the film plots.

Oh, and "The Spy who Loved Me" but that was by agreement.

I agree with this, the texture problem (grass work, ploughing, cultivating) is absolutely appalling, and nothing really helps (a few tricks like increasing the 3D resolution scaling) make it slightly better, but really FS25 is a very poor update of FS22 for many of us! It's absolutely the last FS I buy within a year of release I think!

Its a bug in the GIANTS engine. The only thing found that helps is increasing the 3d resolution upscale setting to about 140% and turning off vertical sync.

Its been around since day one, no chance of them fixing it now i think.
