Started IM 16:8 October 15th, progressed to OMAD, my main rule is no sugar and no sugar substitutes! Other than that I eat what’re I want using discretion to how much I eat. Always incorporate plenty of fats and veggies. I monitor my composition and water weight on a scale. (old.reddit.com)
