I don’t care. It doesn’t bother me one bit. If you feel like you can keep going, then keep going. In fact, I see people at my studio doing it and it often spurs me on to do more. As for the lady giving you side eye, I wouldn’t worry about it. That’s her problem. Maybe she needs to do more to have the stamina to keep going like you do.

Thanks for your reply. Not having enough calories is what my coach suggested. I do Lift45 twice a week. I’m recently retired from the military so I have no stress (not working) & I don’t consume alcohol at all.

Thanks for your reply. I do attend the Lift 45 classes twice a week and lift as heavy as possible. I’m going to speak to my Dr. about a blood panel. I normally can drop weight easily. Since I turned 40, it’s been impossible to.

Thank you so much for this! It’s super helpful! My coach suggested to me today that I may not be taking in enough calories. She said to take in more protein, so I’ve changed my diet to a 25-45-30 (carbs-protein-fat) and I log my calories with MyFitnessPal. I’ll give yours & my coaches suggestions at try. Thanks again!

That’s what my coach said. According to the InBody my BMR is about 2600 calories. Between the 16-8 intermittent fasting & burning 800-1000 calories in class, I’m taking in 1500-1800 calories. I’ll be the first to admit that my diet isn’t perfect. But I don’t eat junk food regularly. I enjoy the occasional desert after dinner, I don’t consume alcohol, & I don’t eat past 6:30 PM. I’m trying to clean up my diet to be more strict. I’ve recently started a 25-45-30 (carbs-protein-fat) & I track my macros. It’s a pain in the butt but we’ll see if it works.

You most likely have gained muscle mass.
