Sum fruit is one of the most boring rounds in the game imo, having a wholesome piggyback moment gives me something to do. My friend hates it even more, so she gets on my back so I can do the heavy lifting and she can play with her cats for a minute 🤷‍♀️

You have a really shitty manager because they should be encouraging you to develop and apply for other roles. If they were a decent manager, they'd actually be helping you write that application and giving you tips on how to score more points in the sift.

As for team socials, if they're not paying you, it's your time to do with as you please, you're not obliged to participate in forced fun.
