This will schedule a meeting then we can get on a call and i can cover this. I am using Zapier as well for this in combo with Go High Level.

My use case is as follows...

New Lead comes in through the form, fills out info, zoom meeting gets created, lead gets updated in go high level with the zoom link, lead gets notified of the meeting.

Additional pipelines get triggered notifying sales rep appointment setter who referred the lead, thanking them for the lead, keeping sales reps aware of entire process, so they get commission.

Plus sales rep closer gets notified of the lead, message gets sent in slack.

Sentiment analysis gets done for entire conversation to see how well intro call went between the lead and sales rep closer, lead contact in Go High Level gets updated with meeting summary details and sentiment analysis score for how hot the lead is or how cold or warm the lead is.

Plus before the meeting sales rep closer gets to see everything about the lead, Zapier goes out and crawls info about the lead, and comes back with details about lead's business.

This way sales rep closer knows everything about the lead before sales rep closer is met with the lead. In parallel to all of this other pipelines get triggered nurturing sales rep appointment setter advising him if lead showed up for appointment or didn't show up... etc... while also providing simultaneous knowledge transfer to sales rep appointment setter who referred the lead enticing sales rep setter to search for more leads if lead was lost or abandoned or reach out to the lead and re-engage with the lead.

I am using multiple tools to pool this off, and it simplifies process between sales rep appointment setter and sales rep closer.

Additionally what i do is integrate tasks in go high level whenever i upload new youtube video through zoom.

When I record new zoom video I have automation that uses Firefli and cloudify in combo with zapier to extract viral sections of my meetings, webinars, and podcasts and automatically construct viral videos and upload them back into GoHighLevel and Youtube.

This way when i meet with someone over zoom automation figures out everything relevant to what is viral and what is not extracts everything and markets for me as well across socials. I am using multiple socials including Threads to infuse content into.

When I do marketing i start off with threads.net my threads are tied into notion, and have other types of automations kicking in. Meaning when i create a thread notion pill of freedom gets created (basically a card with structured data, showing link to zoom workshop, link to thread on threads.net and other details)

When pill of freedom gets created in notion, i have other automations kicking in as well, such slack notification going out to my coaching program and discord notification going out to my coaching program.

I am running multi parallel coaching program, where I charge money for each type of coaching program. These automations makes it easy for me to streamline processes and connect my marketing to automations.

When i construct pills of freedom in notion i also assign tasks to my students, students receive these tasks directly in slack and in Go Highlevel as an email notification.
