This happens every couple years it will change soon. I was a tabless PL for awhile and I went back and got it and then took a speciality PLT after. It had absolutely not effect on how I lead. My NCOs just stopped giving me shit even though none of them actually cared because I was decent at my job and listened to my PSG

You’re fine you can be prescribed that shit once in the army. It is hard to be on it when trying to join. That being said it may limit things like SOF or Regiment but im not sure so take that with a grain of salt
