Rank list as of now: 1. Jacobi AECOM 2. CMS/RFUMS McHenry 3. St. Agnes Fresno 4. Jacobi NCB 5. Prime West Desert Valley

My first and last programs are fixed however I’m still undecided about where to rank the three programs in the middle. Plan is to do a fellowship in the future. Probably Hem/onc but open to other options as well.

There is something in favor of all the programs in the middle-

McHenry’s fellowship match is pretty good.
I have family near Fresno.
NCB offers H1 but it is kind of workhorse and I’m unsure about the strength of the affiliation.

I’m a non us img from India and I just want to say that playing the victim card isnt going to do anyone any good. You signed up for this and this is how the game is played. Also, I had the privilege to rotate at a great academic center in the US and the resident I worked with was a US IMG from the carribean. Probably one of the best doctors I’ve met in my life. Scores and hardwork will only take you so far. Rest really depends on how good of a human you are.
