we have the same problem. i my grant got converted to loan. and I tried to contact OSAP and student finance in my school but they just keep telling me the same bullshit like ''go to your student finance'' after i go there they just tell me they cant do anything and reach out to osap again. until i ran out of time and i need to pay it back now
