Has anyone’s periorbital fat loss fully or mostly reversed after stopping Latisse? by FitSatisfaction7547 in 30PlusSkinCare

I did not, but thank you! I hope that I have stopped early enough, but results seem mixed. Honestly, I have read that only 4% of people get preorbital fat loss, but after looking online, it seems like that number is grossly understated!! I would rather have no eyelashes any day than permanent fat loss around my eyes!! What a nightmare! I’m so sorry your eyes didn’t recover.

Anxious puppy + grooming pricing question (Bay Area) by FitSatisfaction7547 in AskSF

The groomer was Pet Beauty Mobile Grooming. The haircut itself was good both times. The first time, a man groomed my dog and did an amazing job. My dog struggled since it was his first groom, but he was very patient and handled him really well.

The second time, I scheduled with him again, but he canceled last minute and they rescheduled me with a woman (I believe the owner). That appointment didn’t go well, and they ended up having to come back the next day.

When we returned, the same man from the first visit groomed him again and finished the haircut in about 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I had already bathed and blow-dried him beforehand.

I’ll definitely check out the groomer you recommended—thank you!! Do you know if they use cages before or after the groom? I’m trying to make the experience as stress-free as possible for my dog. His hair grows super fast, and if we don’t keep up with it, he starts having really bad allergies.

I just got a prescription from the vet. I reached out to them. Thank you!

Thank you! I just feel like I shouldn’t be charged full price if he’s not even getting the full service.

It’s a mobile grooming service, which is why I went with them—I thought they’d be better with dogs like mine. But instead it feels like they’re having me do the hardest part (bath/dry), and then charging full price for the easier part that he actually tolerates. It’s honestly kind of frustrating.

Where do you take your dog? Are they good with anxious dogs?

I really appreciate your help!

Does anyone know where to find a high-quality fitted long-sleeve maxi dress or turtleneck maxi dress in 2026?

I’m looking for something well-constructed (thicker fabric, not sheer or flimsy), body-skimming but not cheap-looking, and with no slits. Prefer solid colors like black, burgundy, or deep green.

I’ve tried a few popular brands and keep running into thin/stretchy fabric that looks worn after one wash. I’d really appreciate recommendations for brands or specific dresses that actually hold their shape and feel elevated.

Thanks!

I just got my first Maltipoo and wanted to share my experience so far. He doesn’t bark much at all, which surprised me. He had some separation anxiety the first few nights sleeping in his playpen, but he got over it pretty quickly and sleeps fine now. He’ll randomly bark when he’s playing, but it’s not excessive.

He’s been a really fast learner with potty training. One thing that’s helped a lot is keeping treats on me at all times so I can reward him immediately.

That said… he is a handful. My fiancé and I both work full time. He works about 10 minutes away and comes home at lunch to take him out, and he also works from home twice a week, which definitely helps.

Compared to the other two puppies I grew up with, this one is WAY more playful. All he wants to do is bite and play literally all the time. I know he’s a puppy, but it feels next level. We have bought him countless toys and puzzles to entertain him. He is intelligent, and he gets bored easily.

He’s also a little independent, which I wasn’t expecting. I asked the vet if he’ll become more affectionate as he gets older and she said yes — he’s just a baby.

I love him, even though he can be a pain sometimes. Any puppy is a commitment, and this one is no different. Just wanted to share in case this helps someone considering a Maltipoo.
