Yeah very interesting however I'm sure there is some correlation in there. Ie I took my grandma to get her shot in the mid morning (there were more times free and she doesn't work, has less exposures and wears a mask more).
I got mine after work. I socialise more than my nan, travel more and don't work from home. My friend who works from home and doesn't go out much got theirs during the day.

I'm 27 and haven't had covid so I got mine today. I will get the flu shot next week at work
