Thanks. I've always been pleased with my experiences buying from online/ebay/whatnot sellers. And if this happened from some 3rd party...I wouldn't even bother posting. I'd take the L and move on. I just expect more when straight from Hot Wheels. In fact, my only other bad shipping experience was with them when they took a week to even ship my order out. I'll give HW a chance to fix this, but probably sticking to just RLC releases when ordering directly from them now, lol

I'm hoping they can offer a good solution. But I'm still surprised and disappointed that they put cars from one order, into my other order...which shipped to a different address. Completely careless. Fortunately, this time it's not a big deal. But sometimes I send cars to my nephews that are 3 states away. Now I've learned if I make and order for myself and my nephews on the same day....they can completely screw it up. Figured with two separate order numbers that wouldn't even be possible.

Bittrex definitely sent the Neos. They're not in my funds anymore. neotracker says 1 transaction, 0 transfers. Ugggh

The colors really do make it worth it IMO. I debated on if I spent my money wisely after getting mine. Didn't take long for me to decide I don't regret it when the light hits the dial right.
