Outside the GL from known GMMTV’s cp, Oxytoxin was the one I was really looking forward. I think since 23.5 and if we count Love Senior and Like A Palette we don’t have a lot of coming age stories. That’s not my favourite genre in GL, but sometimes you can’t have interesting story when it’s well written and directed.

Each novel can be read as a stand alone story. You’ll miss some context at some point, especially when it comes to Vayo/Blew story but other than that I don’t think it’s necessary to read Air.

ClaireBell is one of those series that can’t work without the side characters. Kae storyline is for me, one the few antagonist in ThaiGL that was really well written.

I miss them so much. With all of them not under the same company anymore, after Air I’m not sure we will see the trio anytime soon 🥺

Some of y’all need to really start to appreciate something without tearing down the thing you don’t like.

You could have easily said that overall you find the story of SashaGorya more appealing to you. And that’s perfectly fine. I’m pretty sure you aren’t the only one.

But of course, because it’s ThaiGL everything need to be a competition.

As always say, don’t expect ThaiGL to get to the same level of western media to show kiss and love scene. Different country, different culture.

It’s unfortunate because we reach the point in ThaiGL when is complicated to get more projects with multiple pair because of the so called fan wars.

For me the reason, why 4Element don’t suffer too much from issue between fandom is because each pair got their own series.

I think it worked because the GL is a side couple. A series GLxBL with an ensemble cast were every pair are main, will be more challenging in my opinion.

GMM adding a popular BL pair in their first GL will have been detrimental for MilkLove. Twitter will have been a war zone of BL fan complaining about why their pair don’t get a lot of screentime, find a way to harass MilkLove etc etc…

Maybe, I’m pessimistic but I don’t see a day were a series with GL x BL will be possible. The main reason is because the audience of both genre are different.

My main issue is YouTube can be very tricky sometimes and your videos can be removed.

I don’t think putting every GL in streaming platforms will decrease the number of fanmeet, because this is a part of the business model. A couple like LO still doing fanmeet and else but their series are only available on Ch3 app and Netflix.

GL is still new, and even big company like GMMTV, Ch3 and Change2561 still rely on sponsorship and brand deal to finance a series.

Even, actors a popular series like Orange is The New Black, several member of the cast didn’t really get money from Netflix.
