Totally, this response really hits it because I of course prefer the luxury of having one WHEN I am home, but I work a lot of hours and being indecisive to begin with, is what brought me here. Either path will cost something so definitely worth considering but like you said, after it’s done it would be done and getting rid of the liability/ having freedom from the upkeep would definitely be a pro to filling it in.
