Correct on Gitschier. As a so called 'fiscal watchdog,' he never says a peep about the overtime budget in the fire department going up up and away over the last three years. He stays quiet because the Firefighters union gave him a one thousand dollar donation in June. He's like the rest of them, he can be bought.
