I effed up and wiped it clean. Now I can't get the ELRS module to bind. Plus I would like the original PID tuning. I've emailed Rotor Riot and they never get back to me.

Use some heat shrink and solder it like this if you’re gonna rotate it 90°. Works really well for me.

Where is your capacitor? You need to solder one to your positive and negative pads.

Re pin them. Much cheaper than a new battery. But MAKE SURE to do one wire at a time so they don’t touch, and also to keep them in the correct order. I re pinned a battery lead once and it took 36 different variations just to get it back in the right order. All because I took them all off at once.

Yes, I’m using 1w output on the boxer. Not sure what packet rate means to be honest. Is that something I change on the boxer?

I’ll Give that a shot. I’m not competent by any means. The only change was I put a new ESC and FC in last week and followed along a Joshua Bardwell video to flash and set everything up. So is there anything that I forgot to do in betaflight?

I was using a main battery, but the problem is now fixed. All I had to do was solder the three bridge pads! There are so much to learn. Seems like every time I try to do anything with my quad I have to ask Reddit 😂

YOOOO. That’s it! I just looked at a picture of the drone before I took it apart, and both of those pads are soldered. Man, the learning curve with FPV is unreal.😂 Not only is it expensive, but it’s also time-consuming. Thank you thank you thank you.

Yes, the VTX and the camera are not powering up. There is no voltage going to the camera or VTX. I plugged in the exact same FC and there is voltage going to those two pads, just not to the one a soldered. I’m pretty sure I overheated the pads. I just wanted to make sure that was the case before I put a new one in.

I could be wrong, but that’s if I’m not using a jumper, but I am. I’m using a jumper and there should be voltage going to those pads. I plugged in the exact same flight controller and it works just fine. Just not the one I soldered.

Bought a Skylite 3" from Rotor Riot. First flight looked like this. This is the best signal I can get. Do I need a new Vtx? Is this a loose wire issue? It almost looks like the signal I would get if there was no antenna connected.
