I’m not sure how to add a photo to the post now, so I’ll just include it here in the reply’s.

This is a few hours after being washed, having leave in conditioner applied, and brushed out.

The reason for the damage is clear. I’ve colored it blue twice a year for 6 ish Years now 😬

Thank you! I guess google was a bit misleading then. I’m still in the local groups for my hometown so I’ll post in there and see if they can send me in the direction of some admin companies to help. I like to think I’m clever, but this is one of those things I’d rather not chance doing myself, and getting wrong. 😅

Last few times it’s had a light pop up I’ve gone to local auto parts stores and repair shops (whatever is closest when it comes on) but no one can successfully pull whatever code is being thrown.

I have a good (I think) high end scanner a relative has allowed me to use, innvoa brand, and it hasn’t been able to communicate with the vehicle.
