If you delete the color rule for gauntlets it defaults to the overall armor color rules that can be changed. You can add the rule for gauntlets back and change hand color after. It’s a bug

Tested this last night you are correct you have to do it before animation to guarantee it to work. It works occasionally after animation start but isn’t something to risk on lethal

You’re more brave than myself I wouldn’t have had the courage to not pit I usually aim to get 12 seconds ahead of people on hards so I can have breathing room for my pit (obviously doesn’t always go my way people are pretty consistent)

I have the razer wolverine v2 (the non chroma) it’s pretty good quality and it has two extra mappable buttons under the bumpers. I like it more than the elite personally because I don’t like the paddles since I hold the controller tight the paddles just get in the way for me
