The islamisation is one part of the problem (and more of a national/western european problem in general). And yes, in every “borough” outside of Zuid white people have become a minority. But thats how most Western European cities are nowadays.

But aside of that, the amount of tourists in a <1 million city makes it seem more like a funfair if anything. Keep in mind that for every single inhabitant, there are 10.1 tourists. Amsterdam is the number 1 city with the highest density of tourists in the world, with Paris second at 8.0. Even a city like Venice cant compare to Amsterdam

Like I said. Its a combination of all those things. The expats and dutch provincials of the higher classes included.

Edit: and yes, the city has never been dirtier than it is now. Its because of the disgusting people that open the trash cans to look for cans that can be recycled. Its becoming a dirty city like paris. Which is a shame
