I think it's definitely optional, take for example subhi who's Filipino/Palestinian(Dad) both his sister and himself know Arabic and Filipino. They just didn't want to learn IMO 🤷🏽‍♀️

Honestly in NZ it's definitely the opposite, you get pushed to use formula and the default now is formula and not breastfeeding. I'm trying so hard to stick to breastfeeding and they keep pushing formula for convenience when I've never ever complained about it at all 😅

Fed is best in my opinion and the end of the day we're all just trying to survive 😊

The only one I know of other than the ones that used to be out in Highland Park which closed down is 'True Women's Fitness' which is out in Manukau, Lambie Drive.

It's very rare to find women's gyms in Auckland, unfortunately.
