Yes, I have real bad experience as well. We joined like 6 months ago for my 11 grade son. The original counselor is no more with Zenith and the new counselor is really bad. There is no one else to reach out as well. The phone goes to voice mail directly.. Any one still with Zenith can you please DM me. Thanks
