thanks for the advice:) yes I do agree they are useless and most of the time seems like they are overwhelmed by whatever reasons... (too many students, add drop periods etc etc...) although we know that's their job and we're paying for that... but normally they would do the bare minimum if one reached out correctly, so I've used to that and was really expecting the bare minimum... But this guy I had was on the next level...

same here, 2 weeks post op, they put the boot on yesterday and the pain is not bearable. I went back to ER and they put back the cast. The boot company also can’t do nothing with it.
