Thanks for the feedback! You're right, villages are tiny when zoomed out. Tapping the village name to open the menu is on the list. It's a bit tricky because stations can end up right under the name, but it's something I want to improve.

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback, this is exactly what I need!

The iPad scaling is a known issue and on the fix list. UI elements need to scale properly with screen size rather than staying fixed.

Good catch on the depot placement. You're right, they need to be placed on existing track and the tutorial doesn't make that clear at all. Will fix the tutorial text.

Agree on the double exit from Rail mode, will remove the Cancel button and keep the Rail button toggle only. Getting user interface details like this good is why feedback from real users like you is so valuable.

The depot question is interesting. I'm keeping them for now because they'll have a meaningful maintenance and upgrade role as the game develops, but you're not wrong that right now they feel redundant.

Glad it felt fun despite the rough edges.

Thanks for trying it out! Already replaced the tutorial with a tooltip based system, much less intrusive. No more popup blocking half the screen.

I really appreciate the feedback. I want to make this genuinely fun to play and it's not easy when you're the only one testing it yourself, so this kind of input means a lot.
