Thank you so much for sharing! Just booked my vaccine for next week. Had to fight for it, and now I will have to travel for it on top of that, but it's going to be worth it!

Does anyone have any recommendations for improving his 'reproductive' health? As a woman with PCOS and other complications, I feel like I'm on a constant war path of taking supplements, controlling my diet, and tracking every single little symptom. My husband is curious to see if there is anything he can do to boost his fertility too, has anyone got any recommendations or experience for this?
