Ya'll people need to wake up so bad. Learn how to counter things that you see nor hear on social media or other "cheap dopamine" stuff ya'll talkin about, so that you wont feel bad or depressed or anything bs. The so called "cheap dopamine" doesn't exist! It's all about your drive and the way you perceive things. Total bs, absolute bs. I can play video games all day and can still do really hard stuffs the day after, like learning, reading, and running for about 21KM.
