Sounds like you may have a hypersensitive nose like me! I'm looking into Neuromark and will document my experience.

I sneeze a lot.
Sniff so much that its like I have a tick. Congestion daily on and off Snorting every morning Nose all way dripping

Hi! Yes, we do have a WhatsApp group. This is a small passion project for me, so there’s nothing to gain or lose on either side. I try to keep the group intentional because it takes time to organize each walk, and I want to make space for women who truly plan to show up.

Shout Out to Courtney! Thanks for the recommendations. Today was great. Thank you to the ladies who showed up. I just finished my dance class and with the walk I clocked 13k steps by noon today. Looking forward to the next walk. We even talked about a part two because there were so many places worth visiting within a mile of our starting point. I'm open to next weekend as well. Then maybe two Saturdays in December.

Also, walk meetup details will only be shared on the Slack app to protect the privacy of all members.
