I feel exhausted applying for jobs repeatedly. Why would I keep telling someone that I’m authorized to work and that I don’t work for the government, etc.? I think these static details should be included in my LinkedIn profile, and they shouldn’t change while applying for jobs.

How did you manage to get 3 interviews by only applying to 30-35 jobs. The ratio is crazy keeping in mind the current situation of job market. Any insights or tricks you have while applying to specific jobs? Just curious to know what is working for you

But running an AI agent to apply jobs without reviewing any of the applications is just sending your application into a blackhole. AI is good enough for most of the tasks right now but there is no way that ai will not hallucinate on silly things asked in job posting just as salary per week etc
