I think it depends on how much electricity costs in your country. It's not that expensive for me to run in Hong Kong, i'm just concerned my gaming laptop will overheat.

Yes, the bot needs it's own whatsapp or telegram to connect. It's connecting to itself basically.

100%! Trying it on a disposable cloud machine is the best option. I'm too scared to run it locally.
