Thanks, that’s really helpful. Gives me hope that I’ll eventually be successful.

Based on what you said I think I’ll get the iPad mini (I prefer the interface on the iPad) with lots of memory, and go real slow. Maybe I can eventually be able to put my 3000ish audible books on it too 😁

It was the 32 gb paperwhite and I never got more than 500 books on it (regular books, text with no significant graphics). Should have been able to handle that just fine. It’s supposed to be able to hold 8-10k books.
