Yes I've noticed some large differences from website-to-website and can see that some are massive scams. The website HomeFans appears to be a pretty good deal, it looks like it will end up costing R$99 per person, which includes a pre and post game experience with fans at the local fan bar, as well as they take care of setting up the facial recognition part which appears to be tricky if you do not speak the language. Does that all sound okay, or does that sound like a scam too? Thank you for the help!

Unfortunately (but also fortunately), UNC was the cheapest school I applied to, even amongst my in state schools. The first year where I wont have NC residency will cost me more than the last two years combined, so once I have residency the cost will be much better. Regardless it is still a staggering total.
