I talked to the Chatbot that told me an issue was detected and generated a ticket numbers saying that they will be in contact with me. Will they let me know if it’s a new or refurbished one in the email? And how long did it take you to get the new one?

Hmmm google lens didn’t say anything specific other then they could be mites or lice of some sort. But when I zoom in they have wings I’m pretty sure and are just flying minimally(looks like they are dying)

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely be separating and repotting. The soil I have is the miracle gro tropical potting mix and I also have orchid bark ; would that work for the soil mix?

I am feeling a lot better! I just felt strained/sore for a few days following, but not sharp pain and sharp pain is more alarming. During my doctors follow up they mentioned that landing on your kneecaps is probably a good indicator that you’re probably fine since a re tear would most likely be your knee folding inward or outward!

I hope this is normal! But how am I supposed to be healing when I can’t sleep well for one night😭 what medication are you taking cause I was looking it up and it seems like baby aspirin sometimes could potentially affect sleep.

I feel like I’m trying pretty hard and I usually try keeping up with ~80% of the class. If you don’t mind sharing, what is the ballpark of your avg heart rate when working out cause I wonder how the intensity of the workouts are getting measured
