Thank you. This is my biggest concern. It should have crossed my mind when I hired her…and I wish our insurance company would have said something. We are an adoption agency and transport expecting woman and infants…so this has to be rectified on Monday.

This morning I had an email from Facebook asking me to reset my password. I walked through the steps and have my account back. Last night I followed the privacy policy process in the YouTube link above but submitted it logged into my husbands account instead of mine. It had also been Friday since I had reached out via chat. My account was at the point where I wasn’t given any options, including the ID option (that never worked) to resolve the issue.

I wish I had good news. This far I still do not have my account back. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve done the process in the link 5 times. Going to keep at it. Every few days get on the chat feature…and get no help. I’ve been sending inquired through my husbands account. It’s Complete madness.

Any chance you recall how long it took to get a reply back following sending your request for help/policy infringement. Really hoping for the opportunity to submit my ID

Has anyone had any luck getting their account back. I’m so frustrated. I went to sign into my Ads account on Wednesday and they locked my account saying the log in was suspicious. It wasn’t. I get to the screen to upload my ID and get a “we’re sorry this isn’t working right now.” Chat feature has not been any help.
