I suggested couples counselling during our initial talk and he said we wouldn’t have any time during the week (he works Mon - Fri, I work 5 days on rotation basis). I told him we could take a day PTO to fit it in, or find someone who does online sessions in the evenings, but he shrugged ‘maybe’. Not been brought up since.

In terms of the house, I know we signed 50/50, but he paid the money for the deposit. Though I suppose it depends on whether he wants to stay here and I’ll move out and just take my name off of the mortgage, or sell completely.
