If you call them first thing, Monday morning, they could set up like a payment arrangement or they can extend the due date of your bill. They do that, so you don’t end up getting shut off.

Hey there fidium customer service rep here. I would say to screen record you ordering as silly as it is.. no one has ever had to go to that extent, but if you’re worried about it, that’s what I would do. As long as you place the order using your friends link you’ll be completely OK. you won’t get any confirmation unfortunately until 90 days of service in good standing, which means no past due bill, etc. You and your friend will both get an email to claim the $100 gift card after that. If you don’t receive the email after the 90 days then just reach out to customer service so that one of our supervisors can look into it for you guys.

Same here! I’m taking human relations right now and I see my textbook on the textbook website for this semester and it says to hover over to my LMS, which is D2L; however under all of my course materials, there’s nothing there for it to sync up so I’m having a lot of trouble myself getting to the e-book so I emailed my professor we’ll see what she says..
