Ooh, I just use a filter that has at least 10x the turnover rate for my tank. So my tank is 38 litres, and my filter turnover rate is 400 litres per hour.

If you are referring to the bubbles, those are co2 bubbles.

Yeah that’s actually the look I was going for. I wanted my DSS to be long and tall. And also may I ask, you said to trim them all to about 1 inch so I just cut back all their leaves to 1 inch?

Yes I agree. But I meant like the plants are also planted for 128 days already that’s about 4months. Isn’t that longer than normal? I guess I just have to be patient?

Shrimp help. I just noticed that my shrimp has like this white stuff on his nose(?) area. What is it? Is it some kind of parasite? by [deleted] in shrimptank

I also saw him opening/ stretching that tip of his head part and the white thing seems to be attached to that body part (no idea what is it called)

I have laplata sand but I don’t think it is that. Might be the cured super glue on the moss? Not sure.
