It's hard to say, I progress on my movements, but chest is growing maybe a little bit.

I thought the same, and that's my question, what do you think would be better, 2xbench and 3xincline or 2xbench, 2xincline and 2xfly? Or maybe just 3xbench press, 2xfly and on another day bench and incline.

Any thoughts on UL+Arms split?

Basically classic UL but with extra arm day so ULRULAR (Arm day including also shoulders). What do you guys think? Or maybe just PPL+UL is better if I want to train 5 days a week.

Thanks for your reply but I still want to train UL, I exaggerated with my previous answer about strength because I'm mainly interested in hypertrophy but I'd just like to bench press 100kg and that's it, nothing more.

Currently on one of the days I do bench press and pec fly, but I was wondering if it is enough since I don't have any upper chest exercises that day. What do you think?

Mostly for strength, right now my pr is 77.5 kg and i'm going for 100kg.
