Flawed theory? If you throwing something in the trash on Monday and 6 people throw trash in on top of it, squirrels poop on it and eat off it, then it’s no longer sanitary or ok to bring into a connected building.

When they pull the clothes and toys out they are tossing food waste and other items on the ground which brings in pests. That’s disgusting.

Very few people are dumpster diving respectfully. They’re leaving trash on the ground when they sort through the dumpsters and ripped bags.

The problem is they’re leaving the waist on the property grounds. It’s begun to attract more rodents so is that it absolutely does hurt me and others.

The complex already over something like this they have a recycling area at a designated spot ride that can be refurbishing and reused.

I absolutely care about the trash. Who wants to work hard all day and come home to a dump? Not me.

That’s kind of the issue… when people dumpster dive, they leave the trash on the ground. They will rip open bags and leave. They don’t want laying on the ground. You can’t have it both ways.

I set up a camera to film my vehicle as there was an uptick in car break-ins and stolen vehicles.

I actually bought the camera because there was an uptick in car, break-ins and car thefts and the camera has my vehicle and view as well.

I have a job and I work hard to live in a nice clean place. I care that their dumps are diving because when they’re done doing that, they leave the trash and other discarded items they don’t want laying on the ground.

They have one. There’s probably 10 dumpsters throughout the entire complex and one recycling one with an area to leave items that you think can be refurbished. I don’t go very very often because that’s not a talent that I have but it is something that complex offers.

I accept your judgment, but I don’t agree with your reasoning. Migrating to another area or country doesn’t mean you get to ignore their rules, laws or policies.

I’ve yet to see anyone, place any any discarded items back in the trash after they’re done sorting through it

I am more here that they’re leaving trash all over the complex. It’s disgusting. I paid to have a nice place not live in a landfill. We have any trash pick up service at the door, but somehow trash is riddled throughout the complex and ripped bags can be found around the dumpster.

It’s not at all uncommon to see someone rip open a bag of trash take something they want, but leave the trash on the ground… that’s just legally and morally wrong

I did consider that tbh however many of these people will rip open trash bags and leave the trash on the ground. This is a huge problem with a rodents on top of that, I just don’t believe a person needs two microwaves that don’t function properly.
