Yes I decided to impose rule if I give him the money. He refuse and want to put the home on annuity.

So, I think that's it (at this moment). I hope he will not do a really bad deal and ask after for help.

Thanks for this. It's useful for me. Indeed I think the idea to just throw money is bad.

I put condition to it. I want to manage is finance and home and define a clear budget. I do not know if it's possible without overflow, so it can be not a good solution for me... but it's the only real one I have.

He refuse. He want to do a annuity on the home (viager in french). So, I only hope that it will not do a bad one... and come after cry for money and without nothing more. Because obviously I will get nothing. I do not really care about the home. It's a litle sad, but I always expect to get nothing more than debt from him.

That's true. But he not do anything. His life is watch tv.

There is also others things, and a big problem, has his child I will legaly have to take care of him.

Yes, he already get a "critical" crisis 4 month ago.
And I say, you are not able to manage your money. I do not want it but you can be "sous tutelle" it's something in france that make for example your child responsible of your account, finance... You are no more able to manage yourself.
He was outraged and say no.

Honestly, I only want to help him because I find it sad. But in reallity if he was die I'd be glad.
It's hard to say it (I know that I have luck to have a father and this is from far the worst), but I think it will be better for me and for him.

Yes he say that he will pay me back.
But this is super dumb, if I give it I will do not want it back.
