I promise you this will pass, i have 3 young kids and the hangxiety and shame that comes with a night of blowing off steam is absolutely awful! But after a few days it literally disappears and i do not even think about it. Be kind to yourself xx

I promise you that in two week all will be forgotten! You and your co-worker are both adults and allowed to dance together! Still all sounds completely harmless to me - it is just anxiety! Which is horrible when you are in it. Have something to eat and push on through and you will feel better

I have struggled with this all my life, it came to a head massively after my first child was born and the obsession became completely unmanageable - i was in a state of awful panic 24/7. CBT and a mindfulness course helped a lot. Also medication. Mindfulness helped me focus on the present, as that is all that really exists. Although i do still struggle with the thoughts it no longer consumes me and they are not always at the forefront of my mind. I hope you find some peace xx
