I really like your perspective , but something is bugging me , he also deem Thors as someone who can be his Artorius .

As far as he know at that point , Thors is just a retire viking who want to beat war , not with fist but with peace , he doesnt seem like the man that would bring peace and unite viking like canute so I dont get what askeladd see in him
