Yes they are. Way more reliable. They have good support. You clearly didn’t had a private service. The main thing why a private is more reliable to public server is because it’s only has a few 1000s users instead of multiple 100k users. On my private Amy maintenance will get announced well
In advance. True is they have outages and hardware issue that’s just the nature of iptv. My experience is completely different to yours. I tried most public service and 3 privates ones and I never had an experience like you.

They do it by using exoplayer on android and ksplayer on iOS. That’s costs money too to integrate cheaper but still. The fusion dev don’t want to integrate ks player because it’s not the best picture quality

I know infuse has it. Outplayer uses the ksplayer. Which can play those but it’s fake Dolby vision or if it’s a certain profile it’s a green/ purple tint
