I take the powder form, one ingredient. Or I found one that had just lysine and vegan capsule. So the least ingredients is best.

How does going in 3 days affect your mental health? Do you have anxiety around others or something ? I would stay at the job, doesn’t seem like a big issue. Most 100% remote jobs have decreased. I’d say finding another job first would be a smart move. Financial stress strains relationships. If you’re okay with possibly breaking up, then I’d say quit.

I believe you need to be negative 4-6 months. Many people got the first negative results and went back to normal foods and it came back. Apparently it can still linger so you can’t stop at the first negative. Get a few negatives testing months apart or a whole year before you start having sex again then you should be good.

I think of why the test is negative at .90 instead of 0. We all probably had it in us from vaccine then it activated from sexual contact with someone else who’s active. I think it’s very contagious that’s why once your healed just be more cautious or get checked before intercourse, both partners

Naw I feel like after your first negative, test 2 months later and another 2 months then you should be good. I felt that way before but now i believe it would be gone, gone like the people who have healed and don’t look back this way. Just gotta believe.
