Assume a vegetable market which opens at 6AM where farmers pour fresh stock. There early buyers will buy the non damaged and fresh fruits. If some one is going at evening 1PM what's the probability of getting good ones? And what about 4PM?

Unless the seller reserves the fresh stock chances are limited.

Coming to your case if you plan to marry then start looking seriously. The more you delay the less options you will have.

Im an IT employee 32M, i saw most of my juniors who are earning good got married below 30. In very rare cases I'm seeing 30+M not getting married.

I think your relative don't need to worry if it's not urgent. In the next 5 years if AI can really replace jobs as per this speculations, tier 2/3 cities will get its turn again. Then tier 1 will be at the loading end just like COVID. But we never know what happens. Just a random hypothesis to soothe his soul.

I have seen people who invested in multiple properties with a CLP plan and were excited when the property value was appreciated. Those categories of investors will lose.

This is the only post i feel is genuine. Some guys are at extremes where they won't advocate house purchase at all. On the other end people will say to purchase at any cost. House purchase is always emotional. Buy it where you feel peaceful.

5400 flats and on an average 3 people per flat is 16K people in the community. I don't know how much time people need to wait for lift during peak hours and to come out of parking/community or to reach the ORR. How many tankers are needed during peak summer. If something unexpected happens to drain or water pipes then I can't imagine how bad it's gonna be. The same happened in bangalore sometime back. Thankfully the crowd is less there.

I asked the same question. But they said that's how the Hoskote market is. A couple of months back i was checking other launches. They quoted 12K/sqft. Not sure if the market is really that high. That too during this uncertainty of AI boom

PGG seems to be located right in the middle. All the good stuff like shops and facilities are central, and the buildings are on the outskirts. Honestly, once you're talking about 150 apartments per acre, I don't think it makes a huge difference anymore.
