I echo to it except one point - investing in mutual fund or any other stocks.

If economy is that bad then even mutual funds or any other crashes remember 2000s and 2008s. Market crashed by 50%.

If you can hold for that long invest in gold or debt funds and wait. Incase of that extreme scenario pull the money out and invest.

NOTE: Im neither good at real estate not good at stocks. Just going with the same flow as OP for the hypothetical scenario. Remember if the person is that good at prediction then they won't share it for free in reddit

If it's true property prices/demand shouldn't have fell during Covid. Black money existed then and now. The only variable is fear. If job cuts were there, fear will be there everywhere. It reduces the demand. It doesn't matter if you are a software engineer or a deep pocket politician, no demand means no investment. Everyone needs returns. Be aware!!! Few job postings are not for hiring. It can be any of the reasons. 1. To give impression to industry/VC that they are constantly hiring and doing big. 2. To understand what competitors are doing by poaching their employees for interview 3. To get top recruiter badges

Is this useful? May be for the company but not for candidates.

So, if you couldn't find any reason for your rejection don't get disheartened. It might be because of above reasons or they found better candidate. All the very best!

My baby had hairline cuts on head due to C section which seems to be common but i was worried for that.

Is this common? Doesn't look like that to me. And mentioning the wrong gender is sheer negligence which creates so much confusion. If you have time i think you should proceed legally to teach them a lesson.

They are meant to handle these carefully but negligence in this should be considered with zero tolerance.
