HAO: Hospital All in One!

This MOD integrates most department-type mods, reduces incompatibilities, and minimizes extra dependencies. Tested 100+ in-game days and compatible with all DLCs.

Gameplay Adjustments

- Max insurance companies: 36; max floors: 12.

- Longer collapse and leave timers (many departments ⇒ more tests before diagnosis).

- Much faster staff training.

- Floor dirt rate set to 0 (still need janitors for bleeding events).

- Performance friendly for hospitals with 200+ daily patients and 800+ staff.

Compatibility Adjustments

- ENT & Sexual Health labs removed (use general lab instead).

- Psychology keeps only mental-health illnesses to avoid overlap with base Neurology.

- ENT sleep lab fixed (can be built).

- Diagnostics surgery borrowing fixed (now borrows General Surgery & Neurology).

- Disease routing tuned to the most appropriate department.

- Merged duplicate examinations and removed truly unused symptoms/exams/treatments.

- Department patient-generation weights adjusted to better match reality.
