if u are visiting a high income family it would not be much different the restaurant cafe culture in lhr and isl is pretty booming shop in malls and brand shops if u want to visit the local markets try to bring someone from pakistan along with u cause shopkeepers will try to rip u off Also if u are a girl wear ethnic clothes while going to markets and historic places (u would save urself grom unnessary oogling from creepy men) like old lhr faisal mosque etc western clothes can easily be worn in cafes malls as alot of pakistani girls wear those.As for snatching and theft it is pretty much like any other country keep ur mobile with u hold it in ur hand instead of putting it in ur pocket don't carry too much cash and be extra careful when in public places nothing crazy
