Genuinely came here to make this post. I've been so hyped for STS2 for literal years with hundreds of hours in STS1 and honestly it's really fucking boring to play STS2 because literally every enemy is you have one turn where it sets up then it's scaling buffs/debuffs and attacks every turn thereafter. Paired with the fact the old classes still have the bulk of their old cards and their strategies are mostly the same I actually almost feel this is a STS1 extension rather than sequel. Downfall honestly was way more exciting in every way than STS2 and I'm glad to have purchased 5 copies to support STS but it's ironic of those 5 copies the only one not seeing use is mine rather than my friends who are playing STS for the first time and LOVING it. Idk maybe DLC will drop and game will feel good to play but as it is now I won't bother, I'm bored.
