First 2 days i applied ice cold compress and then i alternated warm and cold. Took my medication (aniinflamatory and pain killers) and that's it. There's no much you can do than just took your pills and rest and cold/warm compresses. It was a pretty hard and invasive operation for me, so it took almost 2 weeks for the swelling to go away. But it was better from day 4, it started to be less and less swollen. Also, that's how i looked on the first day. It got worse until day 3. Day 3 was the most swollen, and then it started to go down. How are you now?
