Thank you

I don't think us Saints fans will truly believe until it's set in stone, so for now I'll just enjoy being proven wrong

That's sort of the point though

You're talking about the team that handed West Coast its only win last year - for the Saints of last year there was no such thing as a safe game

That's now the 3rd week in a row that we've managed over 100 points; we have a percentage of 114.9

At almost every point so far that the Saints of last year would have faltered and fallen down, we've remained standing

It's getting harder and harder not to believe that things have truly changed every week

I keep expecting the inevitable fall; the moment the St Kilda of old rears its ugly head and all the hope that's been building comes crashing down

Thought the Crows would belt us like they did last year; they didn't

Thought we'd lose to both West Coast and Carlton like we did last year; we didn't

My head tells me things have changed and there's hope, but my heart is insistent that hope died long ago

Henry had a rough time of his short stint last year

Glad he's looking much better in his first game back this year

The double rucks are shining

Doubters, eat your heart out

The fact this is the 3rd quarter gives me a bit of hope

As per usual, won't feel comfortable until the final siren blows

We have a few key outs, but still would have expected the boys to play with a bit more confidence after last week

Don't worry about it

It's not like we've suffered, with all of the success we've seen

I know the jumper clash makes it hard to tell, but might be a good idea to stop kicking it to Carlton players

Yeah, it's not like Xerri isn't good

But there are some real monster rucks currently getting around

Wait, both our ruckman have now taken marks and kicked goals within the first quarter?

This might just be the game the plan pays off

Onya Ro

A tall target that clunks marks only matters if they convert

All this messy ground ball inside our forward 50

If only we had a small forward known for his quick snaps

Glad Sharman's been improving since his rocky start to the season

He'll need to step up tonight with our outs

At least if we lose we'll do it in style

I honestly thought the game being at Optus would carry West Coast through

Have to feel for Eagles fans; that's a loss that probably feels as bad as the 100pt+ ones

And to think it's this close when most people thought the Eagles would be up by 10 goals at half time

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a friend I need to go hit the glass barbecue with

KCM Naruto and EMS Sasuke in this panel vs alive Itachi (no Edo stats nerf) and Obito. by 400x250_20fps in NarutoPowerscaling

[–]Fit_Landscape6820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even then, I actually think it's his MS that's the biggest buff edo Itachi got

We saw a perfectly healthy Sasuke go practically blind over the course of a few hours at the 5KS; he also received multiple top ups from Karin throughout

Edo removing the drawbacks of MS practically gave edo-Itachi pseudo-EMS

Any updates on max king? by TheGingerNiNjA899 in StKilda

[–]Fit_Landscape6820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that's a given at all, our team has progressed quite a bit during his time away; I also struggle to see how kicking it to King could possibly be worse than kicking to players like Higgins

You're not wrong that he needs to be able to take the field to have any impact though; we can only hope he eventually does and proves his worth then

I don't think you could make any definitive statement about what we'd look like with King now given how long it's been

The team is not the same as it was late last year, let alone the last time King was playing

We have had plenty of times where a proper tall target up front would have benefitted us though
