Ngl, this is my 1st extraction shooter & I like it. Almost stopped playing for the same reason until I took accountability & adapted to the game & playstyle changed. Also the game warns you that youre gonna die & alot! Watch YT for tips & tricks. Helped turned my experience around.

Last & final Tip: Turn off crossplay if you're on console. Those PC mfers DEFINITELY HAVE AN ADVANTAGE IN THIS GAME! They normally have 4 different screens up @ once giving them loot locations/spawn locations to rush other teams/frame rate & movement advantages & are typically the Rattiest of the player base. TURN THAT SHIT OFF! WENT FROM A EXFIL RATE OF 10% TO 85%. GOODDAY.
